Webthe image of a sobbing, terrified tanjirou, trying desperately to talk giyuu out of killing his sister while keeping the newly demonic nezuko from biting his throat, is. Webapparently, nezuko tries to consume human blood in her berserk state, but tanjiro wakes up at the right moment and brings his sister back to her normal form. Webtanjiro and nezuko seem to have had peaceful lives after muzan's defeat, able to raise families. Tanjiro, of course, did suffer massive injuries in the final battle.
