Webi just updated to monterey this morning and now for some reason my facetime calls will crash giving me a call failed error. This only seems to happen. Webi’ve tried several of the troubleshooting suggestions and none seem to work (turn off phone, check the date/time, blocked caller, wifi, facetime on/off, etc). It seems like this issue only started in the past 3 days or so, right after my phone got the most. Webthere could be a few reasons you're unable to call someone on facetime. First, make sure facetime is turned on by going to settings > facetime and make. Webverify your facetime contact information. Sign out and back in. Webgo to settings > facetime and make sure that facetime is on. If you see waiting for activation, turn facetime off and then on again. Learn what to do if you. Webtry putting your brightness all the way down and putting the phone on the charger under a pillow on the other side of the bed or on a nightstand while you sleep.
