Webwe identified 9 barriers and facilitators: Webin this paper, we are bringing together two bodies of literature and two different approaches to responding to sud that rarely communicate or refer to each. Weba pediatric hospital had an opportunity to change the model of case management (cm) in response to multiple initiatives. This article describes the process, barriers, and results. Webbarriers related to the characteristics of the intervention are mainly due to the limited availability of and access to special education, which results in nurses lacking. Webwe identified 9 barriers and facilitators: Webreviews have addressed factors influencing case management interventions (cmi) implementation and reported common themes related to the case.
